Thermodynamics of organic compounds in the gas state.

Title: Thermodynamics of organic compounds in the gas state.
Publisher: College Station : Thermodynamics Research Center
Abstract: 1,168 tables of thermodynamic properties calculated by methods of statistical mechanics in the ideal gas state. Data are presented as a function of temperature, at a standard pressure of 1 bar. Each compound table is accompanied by explanatory text. Primarily covers organic compounds, but includes tables on those elements that are most common heteroatoms, and some important inorganic gases. Compiled from journal literature (1965-91) and from the TRC Hydrocarbon and Non-Hydrocarbon data series. Arranged in Hill formula order, with indexes by name, formula, and CAS registry number. Chapter 3 covers the empirical functions used in calculating ideal gas properties, and following tables provide the linear and non-linear coefficients used for each compound; this data is also provided on an accompanying floppy disk.
Properties: enthalpy, entropy, Gibbs energy function, Gibbs free energy of formation, heat capacity
Compounds: elements, gases, hydrocarbons, inorganic, organic
